Fitness Trends over the Years Project
Must include a visual such as an info-graphic, timeline, power point, video, collage or poster and a typed paper.
1. Identify fitness pioneers of your era
2. Identify trends during the era (what exact types of fitness were people doing)
3. Identify new equipment
4. Find a fitness video clip
5. Identify and find pictures of types of gear/clothing/shoes
6. Describe any issues such as fad diets, performance enhancing drugs, diet pills etc.
All projects must be handed in on time and presented to the class.
